Memory's Skyscraper

Wonder what that giant skyscraper is doing in the middle of this desolate place? Memory's Skyscraper is large and in charge in the town, looming above among the many buildings gathered in The World That Never Was. It can be seen from miles away and pretty much blocks out all light from the sun, casting a huge shadow over a large radius of town. Both intimidating and solemn, it is said that the skyscraper serves as a guardian for those of the Dark. How fitting.
